O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is completely a misconceived petition of the petitioner, the matter having already dealt with by us in W.P.No.40313 of 2016, a copy of which has not even been enclosed with this petition. The petitioner cannot keep filing petitions on the same cause again and again.

2.No further petition of the petitioner shall be entertained on this cause, unless the competent authorities have passed requisite orders.

3.Writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.35098 of 2016 is also dismissed.
