This Court by an order dated 12.12.2018 directed the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of which the charges are framed in the case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
