3. Mr.S.Santhosh, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent Police and submitted that FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.627 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 147 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file Anticipatory Bail application if he apprehends arrest.
