ORDER

The revision petition is filed seeking for a direction to the Trial Court Judge to dispose of O.S. No.180 of 2015 within the time frame fixed by this Court. The suit was filed by the first respondent plaintiff seeking for partition of the suit property. 2.A perusal of the note papers shows that the present petitioner did not file his written statement from the year 2015 and only on 20.02.2018 he filed his written statement. 3.In such circumstances, he cannot seek for direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within the time frame fixed by this Court.

4.However, since the suit is of the year 2015, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the above suit as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
