ORDER
(1)Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3. (2)With the consent of the learned counsels on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. (3)The writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2025 within a stipulated period of time.
(4)When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that Section 82
proceedings have been initiated against the 4th respondent and an Enquiry Officer was also appointed vide order dated 16.07.2025, with a direction to conduct an enquiry on the petitioner's representation as also other complaints, within three months and to file a report thereon. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the order dated 16.07.2025.
(5)In view of the submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 2 and 3 and in view of the order dated 16.07.2025, passed by the 2nd respondent, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
