PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned Circular Acad.No.100 dated 23.08.2023 issued by the 3rd Respondent/Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue appropriate afresh notification pertaining to 'CBSE Sports and Games 2023-24' ensuring participation of all schools affiliated to the 2nd respondent/CBSE without any discrimination.
