ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents to return the original certificates and transfer certificate to the petitioner without insisting on the penalty fee of Rs.1,00,000/- by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2024, however, the said representation was considered by the 1st respondent and rejected, vide order dated 06.09.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.

2. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order dated 06.09.2024 in the manner known to law.
