This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.04.2016 and 19.04.2016 and investigate the matter and then to file a Final Report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered in Cr.No.117 of 2016 for the offences u/s 294(a), 323, and 506(i) IPC.
