ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed seeking direction to the learned District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.379 of 2021, within a time frame fixed by this court.

2. The first respondent filed a suit for partition and the petitioner herein has been arrayed as first defendant. A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that written statement of the defendants was filed as early as on 07.04.2022. However, till date, issues have not been framed. Taking into consideration the year of the suit and also the fact that the pleadings of the parties are already completed, this court is inclined to direct the learned District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.379 of 2021 as early as possible.

3. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
