ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking quashment of the records of the first respondent relating to Na.Ka.83/2017/M1, dated 16.03.2017.

2. Both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the fourth respondent submits that pursuant to this Court's orders, an enquiry was held against the fourth respondent and he was punished by way of sensure.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the fourth

respondent had misappropriated several lakhs of rupees and that the punishment imposed against him does not commensurate with the gravity of offense.

4. After hearing both sides and perusing the records, this Court observes that the petitioner's challenge to the punishment imposed on the fourth respondent is not maintainable in the present Writ Petition. Therefore, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to challenge the punishment imposed against the fourth respondent before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
