ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint and to file an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 29.03.2016, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
