O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024 and rectify the name of the petitioner's son as Britto.S instead of Britto.J and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner gave a representation on 22.07.2024 to the respondents to rectify the name of the petitioner's son as Britto.S, instead of Britto.J in all the Certificates, however, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice, if the respondents are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 22.07.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that the petitioner has made the representation before the second respondent, who in turn, forwarded the same to the Chief Educational Officer, Perambalur, however, it was returned for rectifying some errors. After the errors are rectified, the representation may be sent to the Chief Educational Officer, Perambalur and the Chief Educational Officer, Perambalur, may be directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a specified time frame.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the petitioner is directed to approach the Chief Educational Officer, Perambalur, along with

a copy of the corrected representation dated 22.07.2024 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and on receipt of the said representation, the Chief Educational Officer, Perambalur, is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
