O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), and 323 IPC r/w Section 3(1)(r)(s) POA Amendment Ordinance Act 2014, seeks a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram Division, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and consider the bail application to be filed by him on the same day on his surrender in Cr.No.3 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Villupuram Division, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram Division, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner on his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

4. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
