O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the husband to transfer the case in M.C.No.17 of 2013 from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotiyur to the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection for such a transfer been made.

4. In view of the same, the present Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the case in M.C.No.17 of 2013 is directed to be transferred from the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotiyur to the Principal Family Court, Chennai, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Considering the fact that both the cases are pending for more than two years, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings in M.C.No.17 of 2015 within a period of three months on transfer of the said case.
