(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to challenge the impugned notice, but only seeks time of three (3) months to clear the land, the subject matter of notice. 2.We accede to the request and grant the aforesaid three (3) months period of time, whereafter the respondent authorities will re-inspect within a period of fifteen (15) days to confirm that the needful has been done, failing which they can forthwith proceed in pursuance to the notice.
