Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ or order or direction in the form of writ directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.08.2023 by directing the 2nd respondent provide protection to their lives and property as per law and to pass suitable orders within a stipulated time.

This petition is filed by the petitioner herein to give police protection.

According to the petitioner, the petitioner was forcibly evicted from her land, in which she is lawfully possessed. Hence, she gave a complaint on 25.07.2023 for illegal dispossession. After lodging the complaint, Yesuraja and others are threatening her to withdraw the complaint. Hence, she needs police protection.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State that based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on17.09.2023. As as on date, there is no life threat of the petitioner herein. If there is any complaint in future, an appropriate action will be taken.
