This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original orders dated 07.08.2025 passed by the seventh respondent' (hereinafter 'impugned orders' for the sake of convenience and clarity).

Mr.D.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners is before us.

Adverting to paragraph 14 of support affidavit, learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned orders have been misplaced. Therefore, photocopies of the impugned orders were filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned orders is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.
