An order had been passed in Arb.O.P.No. 432 of 2024 relating to O.A.(Com.Div.) No. 652 of 2024 and in before the Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No. 433 of 2024 relating to O.A.(Com.Div.) No. 653 of 2024 and in Arb.O.P.No. 434 of 2024 relating to O.A.(Com.Div.) No.654 of 2024, on 17.10.2024 by a learned Single Judge of this Court appointing Hon'ble Mr.Justice N.Kirubakaran, Former Judge of this Court as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the petitioner and the respondents arising out of the agreement dated 26.02.2021. Three separate orders have been passed.

2. The learned Advocate General had informed that the first hearing date is scheduled on 20.11.2024.

3. Both the parties are directed to appear before the learned Arbitrator and adjudicate all the issues before him. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. The interim order already granted by this Court will be in force till 20.11.2024 and thereafter, it would be the prerogative of the learned Arbitrator to take a decision about extension or otherwise of the said interim order.
