These petitions are filed filed by the legal representative of the deceased second respondent in the above Second Appeal (i)under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent (iii) to bring on record the first petitioner herein as the legal representative of the deceased second respondent and rank him as 7th respondent in S.A. No.628 of 2011, respectively.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.
