ORDER
This writ petition was originally filed challenging the impugned letter dated 24.11.2023 and 11.12.2023 issued by the 5th respondent and for a consequential direction to the 4th and 5th respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2.During the pendency of this writ petition, an amendment petition was filed and the amendment petition was allowed and the petitioner is now seeking for a direction to the 5th respondent to conduct the enquiry and pass orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the enquiry is pending before the 5th respondent and that 2 / 5
the enquiry will be conducted after giving opportunity to the petitioner and orders will be passed within the time frame fixed by this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court and taking note of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the 5th respondent to conduct the enquiry after affording opportunity to the petitioner and final orders shall be passed on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
