O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Order of the first respondent rejecting the contention of the petitioner to exercise the power in terms of the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011.

2. According to the petitioner, the sale deed, executed in favour of the sixth and seventh respondents has to be cancelled and hence, he approached the first respondent and filed a complaint under Circular No.67 of the Registration Department seeking cancellation of the sale deed in favour of the sixth and seventh respondents. But the first respondent dismissed the complaint of the 2/5

petitioner and hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that as the circular No.67 has been withdrawn by the Government, the complaint filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

4. In such view of the matter, as Circular No.67 itself has been withdrawn by the Government, it is for the petitioner to proceed before the appropriate forum as per law.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
