Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in C.No.F1/PR-85/2012 u/r 3(b) dated 31.12.2012 and confirmed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.F3/AP.01/2013 dated 14.06.2013 and rejection order passed by the 1st respondent in Rc.No.84799/AP.I(1)/2014 dated 21.02.2017 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all service and monetary benefits.
