ORDER

The matter is listed today, under the caption for extension of time".

2. This Court, by order dated 02.07.2025, had allowed the Writ Petition in WP.No.2799 of 2023, directing the Labour Court, Salem, to dispose of the I.D.No.101 of 2012 within a period of two months.

3. The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem, has addressed a letter dated 23.10.2025, to the Registry seeking three months extension of time for disposal of the I.D.No.101 of 2012, stating that in the said case written arguments of the respondent was filed and the matter is posted for arguments of the petitioner.

4. This Court perused the letter dated 23.10.2025, sent by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Salem and is satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter for not disposing the I.D.No.101 of 2012, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months to dispose of the I.D.No.101 of 2012.
