The petitioner is the husband. He seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.4387 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai. 1/3

2. When the matter came up for admission, I sought for a report from the learned Judge as to how long he would require to dispose of the proceedings. The learned Judge has sent a report stating that the trial has opened on 23.01.2024 and that an application for impleading is pending.

3. Taking into consideration the report of the learned II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai, he is directed to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.4387 of 2015 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is ordered. There shall be no order as to costs.
