ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 30.06.2015.
2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Uma Maheswaran S/o.venugopal, Tirupur, on the allegation of cheating to the tune of Rs.2,25,00,000/-. But, till date, no action has been taken on the said complaint. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a detailed enquiry was conducted and the complaint was closed. He has also produced a copy of the closure report. The said closure report has also been served on the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Since the complaint given by the petitioner was closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the petition is dismissed, however, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. Sd/- Asst.Registrar (CS VII ) /true copy/ Sub Asst. Registrar mrp To:
