This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 11.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18205 of 2023 to report before the Chettypalayam Police Station twice at 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police everyday morning at 10.00 a.m., for a period of 10 days and thereafter, once in every week, till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, as directed by the concerned Jurisdictional Court.
