Heard Mr. S.Natarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. G. Nanmaran, Learned Special Government Pleader for the First to Third Respondents and Mr. L.P.Shanmugasundaram, Learned Counsel for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Having regard to the nature of order proposed to be passed in the Writ Petition, which would not cause any prejudice to the Fourth Respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.

The grievance ventilated by the Petitioner is that he had made a representation dated 11.08.2023 to the Second Respondent to conduct enquiry relating to the acts of misconduct and misappropriation of funds of Mosur Urban Cooperative Credit Society Limited committed by the Fourth 2/5

Respondent, but as it did not evoke any response, it has necessitated the filing of this Writ Petition.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents has brought to notice that Proceedings in Na. Ka. No. 1593/ 2023Nava dated 21.09.2023, the said representation made by the Petitioner has been disposed by the Third Respondent and its copy has been placed on record. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
