This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 15.06.2022 in W.P.No.14791 of 2022.

2. Today when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, the orders of this Court, though belatedly, had been complied with and orders have been passed by disposing 1 / 3

KST representation given by the petitioner. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order of the Tahsildar dated 22.12.2022. The said factor is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however he submits that by this order, the petitioner is aggrieved.

3. If that being so, it is open to the petitioner to agitate the issue by challenging the said order in the manner known to law. However, insofar as this contempt petition is concerned, since this has been complied with, though belatedly, this contempt petition can be closed.
