This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2016 and 04.04.2016 and enquire into the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 04.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as "civil in nature". A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
