O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register FIR based on the complaint dated 30.09.2013 and the CSR No.271/CSR/R4/2013 and to file the final report before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 30.09.2013 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.271/2013 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been filed before this Court.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
