This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the above S.A.SR.No.11678 of 2019.

2.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 5 & 6 expressed his no objections in allowing this petition.

3.Notice sent to the 12th respondent has been returned with an endorsement "refused", therefore, the notice is deemed to be served on him.

4.Considering the fact that sufficient cause has been shown in the condone delay petition, this petition is allowed.
