ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents police to provide adequate police protection to the petitioners and on the basis of the petitioners complaint dated 12.12.2016 which is on the file of the respondents police.
2. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
