This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.03.2016 made to him immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 14.03.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as "civil in nature".
