CMP.Nos.20603, 20606 & 20607/2025 in A.S.No.503 of 2019 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1448 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement, to set aside abatement and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing these petitions.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause-title.
