This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case over petitioner's complaint dated 09.03.2016 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On a reading of the complaint dated 09.03.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has sold her property long back to the opposite party and now she claims that a sum of Rs.6 lakhs is due to her. In a case of this nature, no positive direction can be given to the police to register a case. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
