This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent-Police to register the complaint dated 12.03.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.48 of 2016 by the respondent police and the same was closed. 4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
