ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision to set aside the order of the dismissal for non-prosecution and non-filing of Vakalat of the appellant in Criminal Appeal SR.No.1825 of 2024 dated 13.08.2024 and to restore the Criminal Appeal on the file of the Principal District and sessions Court Chengalpattu.

2. The conditional order imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16552 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1615 of 2025 order dated 02.09.2025 has been complied with.

3. By giving one more opportunity, the appellant is directed to proceed with the appeal.

4. The order passed by the Trial Court is set aside. The First Appellate Court is directed to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law.

5. The defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the conditional amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16552 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.No.1615 of 2025, dated 02.09.2025.
