This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.401 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent, on instructions, submitted that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed charge sheet before the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pallipatti and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.155 of 2017. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
