ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to produce Smt.Seethalakshmi, aged about 34 years, wife of the petitioner, before this Court.

2. The petitioner married the detenue. From and out of the marriage two female children born. The detenue suddenly disappeared and the petitioner filed a complaint before the respondent police.

3. The respondent police conducted investigation, traced out the detenue and produced her before this Court. We have examined the detenue, who in turn informed us that she was brain washed and now she has realised and willing to join the matrimonial home along with her husband. Two young children are also present today.

4. In view of the fact that the detenue has joined the matrimonial home along with her husband and two girl children, no further consideration needs to
