ORDER

After hearing the learned Senior Counsel on either side, it is seen that the suit has been filed based on an authorisation letter which emanates from the letterhead of the Registered Society of the year 1997 and even according to the plaint, the said Society formed in the year 1997 was not renewed thereafter and a new Society had been formed subsequently.

2. Mr.T.Gowthaman, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission to withdraw the suit itself O.S.587 of 2025, with liberty to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action.

3. Permission is granted. Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the plaintiff to file a fresh suit on the same cause of action.
