ORDER

The transfer petition is filed to transfer the case I.D.O.P.No.180 of 2022 from learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai to the learned Family Court, Chennai.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 26.08.2020 as per the Christian Rites and Customs. Due to misunderstandings, the petitioner and the respondent are living separately.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner / wife is working as a teacher and have to take care of her one and half year old child, who is living along with her. While so, the petitioner may not be in a position to travel and contest the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the I.D.O.P.No.180 of 2022 from learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai stands withdrawn and transferred to the learned Family Court, Chennai.

5. Learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai is directed to transmit the case papers within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
