Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent herein letter Ref:CBDO/RO/3010/Lakshmi Agencies dated 17.02.2017 is illegal and quash the same and consequential direction the second respondent to constitute the committee regarding partnership disputes settle guideline of the first respondent corporations as per the policy circular No.212-05/2013 dated 21.05.2013.
