This criminal original petition has been filed, to call for the records pertaining to the issuance of the proceedings in Na.Ka.3271/2025/A1 dated 28.07.2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent, in and by which, permission was granted to use the petitioner's land for conducting a temple festival and quash the same as illegal.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 would submit that pending writ petition, the temple festival for the year 2025 is over and as on today, this petition has become infructuous.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner also would submit that the temple festival has been conducted in a peaceful manner. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.33661 of 2025 is closed. 07.11.2025 raa 2/4
