This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.4(c) of an order passed by this Court, dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15042 of 2023 to appear before the Trial Court everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Sessions Court on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., and on every hearing date, till completion of trial.
