ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this public interest litigation, which is really in the nature of a local dispute, where the petitioner claims right to passage over the private land of third party ostensibly on the basis that the same was being used as road. Not only that the matter is receiving the attention of the revenue authorities by the communication of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ranipettai to the Tahsildar, Arakonam dated 07.11.2016.

2. The aforesaid cannot be the subject matter of public interest litigation.
