The above miscellaneous petition is filed to substitute the legal heir in the place of deceased writ petitioner Rajendra Babu in the above writ petition.

2. It is seen from records that during the pendency of the above writ petition the petitioner died on 13.03.2018 leaving behind his wife/ Mrs.R.Sivagamasundari as legal heir. There is no objection from the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents to entertain this petition.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit and having been satisfied with the records, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
