This application has been filed to issue an order of arrest of the Subpoena witness Mrs.D.Chandra, wife of late Duraivelu, residing at No.72/24, Nagappa Mudali Street, Komaleeswaranpet, Chennai-600 002 as witness and to produce her before this Court on the day fixed for deposing evidence.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to issue warrant to the subpoena witness namely Mrs.D.Chandra and to produce her before Additional Master-II for deposing evidence on 12.10.2023, on payment of cost by the applicant /plaintiff.
