This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 961 days in filing the Crl.A.Sr.No.48253 of 2025 against S.C.No.34 of 2021 dated 14.10.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Puducherry.

2.Mr.M.V.Ramachandramoorthy, learned Special Public Prosecutor, Puducherry accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this condone delay petition, the delay of 961 days is condoned and this petition stands allowed.
