W.M.P.No.35733 of 2024 in W.P.No.32915 of 2024 W.M.P.No.35733 of 2024 in W.P.No.32915 of 2024 M.SUNDAR.J., and K.RAJASEKAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original notice issued by the second respondent dated 04.09.2024' [hereinafter 'impugned notice' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to support affidavit submitted that the writ petitioners were not served with the original impugned notice but a photocopy of the impugned notice is filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMP. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of the support affidavit, which reads as follows:

'I submit that the petitioners were not served with the impugned notice herein and this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to order dispense with the production of the original impugned notice of the 2nd Respondent https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
