Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.J.VIJAYARAAGHAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and 1st respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

In this miscellaneous petition, though the appellant/insurance company has deposited the entire award amount, only notice through Court as well as privately was ordered on 28.07.2017. Thereafter, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

matter has been kept pending till this date. In the said circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this petition pending at this length of time and hence, the same is closed.
